Data Analytics
I am able to gather insights by cleaning the data in excel sheets and exporting it to Tableau to do a dashboard. With this information, I can better manage my inventory on hand as it helps me to forecast future sales. And by forecasting sales, I am able to place orders more accurately.
Sales
I've worked under companies like Tekmedia Solutions, DemoPower, Grab, Appzerg and Prudential. My past working experiences have taught me how to step out of my comfort zone and equipped me with communication skills. I have to be confident enough to approach potential customers and be persuasive to sell my products, such as laptops and hard drives. I feel that these skills are crucial for my career, especially in the business field which requires one to meet many clients.
Pearson LCCI level 2 Certificate in Accounts & Book-keeping
With Pearson LCCI Level 2 Award in Computerised Bookkeeping (VRQ), I am able to record simple business transactions, prepare and interpret accounts for sole traders, partnerships, non-trading organizations and limited companies. This qualification also prepares me to work in an accounting environment maintaining financial records and preparing accounts.

Team Management
I have extensive expertise leading and managing teams. To effectively manage a team, you must first understand each member's strengths and weaknesses. Someone else's strength can be your weakness, and your weakness can be someone else's strength. Understanding my teammates' shortcomings and strengths enables me to strengthen the team's bond, eliminate conflict, and boost our effectiveness.

My Traits
I am a dedicated employee. I began working part-time at the age of 15 to help my family financially. My very first job was as a flyer distributor, and it was one of the most tiresome jobs I've ever had. I was rejected numerous times and had to stand for extended periods of time, often outside. Despite the difficulties, I persisted. I'm also brave enough to face difficulties. I used to be terrified of vast bodies of water, but I've overcome my phobia by learning to kayak and completing the 1-star kayak award. In addition, I've worked as a part-time promoter and crowd-puller. These occupations have pushed me to engage with others outside of my comfort zone, allowing me to acquire confidence along the way. Today, I'm an adventurous person who wants to try out new interests like piano, 3D puzzles, and pottery.
